AWARENESS & ADVOCACY

HOV is the voice for the veterans of the Secret War who have gone without recognition and military benefits for over  50 years. Though some advancement has happened, much still needs to be done. 

LAST SALUTE

When a veteran passes, it is a time when their efforts should not go unrecognized. HOV makes every effort to provide the last salute customs to veterans who served as part of the Secret War during the Vietnam War.

FAMILY SUPPORT NETWORK

We aid veteran families that struggle with challenges that come along with the complexities of deployment, reintegration and stigmas  that can adversely affect self-sufficiency post the service of their family member. 

SENIOR VETERAN CIRCLE

We organize and provide opportunities for senior veterans to make meaningful contributions in their communities. We listen to their needs and concerns then work to meet these identified challenges to foster positive outcomes.

Our Impact
